Lepele uses Music and Philanthropy to reach out

Lepele uses Music and Philanthropy to reach out

Teboho Masakala

Jazz artist Motsamai Lepele from Bloemfontein is using proceeds from his Jazz album to help the less fortunate through his Motsamai Lepele foundation. His album “My, Your, Our Africa” was recently released and is already playing internationally.
Lepele said he didn't expect his album to be so well-received in other countries. It is getting airplay in Germany, China, USA, Russia Japan, Korea and Holland among others. He gets money from streaming of the songs as he has a license for it.

Growing up and having experiences life challenges, Lepele made a promise and an oath to help those who are facing what he went through and his dream is changing as many lives as possible.
He added that he started his foundation as a way of reaching out to the less fortunate as he loves being behind the scenes when helping people and as such he prefers to work with NGO’s and individuals.

A portion of the money he receives from the sale of the album goes to his foundation and he uses it to partner with non profit-organizations and individuals who approach him for help. Fusing music with reaching out to the less fortunate has worked like a charm, as he can introduce his jazz sound to people while also reaching out to them.

The album costs R100 a copy. The songs are for mature Jazz audiences but can be enjoyed by others.
You can enjoy Lepele's music while driving, relaxing and even doing gardening at home. Lepele can be contacted on 078 210 0881 or facebook Motsamai Lepele Chakela.

I choose

Meikie Sinah

If the situation is between life and death;
I will forever choose life.

It doesn’t matter how bad the situation turns out to be;
I will forever choose to hope for the best..

I choose to see hope; even if hope is no longer there....
They declared death; but Jesus declared sleep...

I stand for hope...when all other candles have burned out...my
candle of hope will burn forever.

All of a sudden

All of a sudden

Meikie Sinah

This is a message directed to you...

All of a sudden you can not go out anymore;
All of a sudden things have changed around you
All of a sudden the company you've been keeping all this years
is not there anymore.

Its only you inside your house, its only you and there's no way you can go out there and carry
on with your life as usual.

Can’t you see...the hour of change has arrived?

You want to go to the club but you can’t, you want to take have fun with your friends so much but you can’t.

You so much want to carry on with your lifestyle but you can’t.

This is a time specifically set aside for you and me to change. It might be that this is the kind of life you for a long time been longing for; but never knew where to start or how to do it.

Even friends are cut off. It is just you alone or with your family. Embrace what is happening right now.

It is your time of change. You might never see it again. It might be your last opportunity of change. I dont know but only God knows.

I beg you; don’t go back to your old ways. Dont force to look for whatever you are not allowed to do right now.

Something is happening in your life right now. Dont turn a blind
eye it’s your time of change.

Enjoy every moment you are given of change. Allow this moment to bring out the person you've learned to outgrow.

You have never seen yourself this sober. Yes   I am telling you it is your time of change. Dont go back, I am begging you to not go back. Believe in yourself, you can make it.

Kindly say this after me:

"Lord Jesus, thank you for touching my life. I believe you have done all this just to see me becoming whom I was born to be. It was your plan since the beginning of life to live this kinda life. I accept you as my Lord and saviour from now on till forever more. Thank you Lord for setting me free. In Jesus mighty name I pray,  Amen"
